Netflix

When we signed up for Netflix I never imagined how much I would love it! I had no idea how many shows are on there. We have cable, but no DVR or anything, so I don't get to watch a lot of shows when they actually air because I forget they're on or whatever. So Netflix is AWESOME because I can watch whenever I want, and I can watch 4 episodes a day instead of one per week! Some of the shows I love lately:

I heard about this show from a friend, and it sounded so weird. But I checked it out, and I love it. It is different and quirky. It is about a guy who can bring people back from the dead for 1 minute, so he solves murders by brining murder victims back to life and asking them questions. There are only 2 seasons, so it won't take me too long to get through them all, but that is fine because I love finding new shows!
I just started watching Drop Dead Diva this past weekend, even though I'm not done with Pushing Daisies (I do the same things with books. I get so excited about the next one I want to read that I start it before I finish the last one and I end up reading 3 books at once!!) Drop Dead Diva is about a size-2 model who dies and comes back to life in a size-16 lawyer's body. I think that Pushing Daisies and Drop Dead Diva are both considered "dramedies" (drama/comedies).
This one Shaun introduced to me. He has tons of time to watch Netflix on his graveyard shifts (that's originally how we justified signing up for Netflix. He has a legit reason to spend time watching tons of Netflix, to pass the time while he has to be awake all night. I don't, but I do it anyway). This show is crazy! These people in Louisiana hunt alligators for a living. They catch them on a line and hook and then pull them up to the boat and shoot them. Sometimes it is pretty intense! Their cajun accents are hilarious. Some of them need closed captioning even though they are speaking English. And their clothes are great too - check out the guy on the left! These guys are people I thought were only in stories, but they're real!
